04/11/2007 - All Oceanic communications taken place on VHF frequencies has been arranged
to HF. As the current pilot/controller software doesnt support HF
frequencies a modified decimal system has been arranged where the
frequency 12790.0 kHz is entered as 127.90 . Phaseology for the said
frequency remains one two seven nine kilohertz
